Short Workout that Works to Get Fit

Some have a need to get fit or lose some pounds by a certain date, maybe the next holiday.

However, there isn't enough time in the day and going to the gym is time-wasting, just the trip itself. Also, there is a need to pay for membership and to join classes, or to have a trainer also costs money

What about a short workout that can be done in the living room? 

Perform 30 repetitions of push-ups, sit-ups, squats, static lunges, and knee-ups with a 30 seconds break between exercises. This workout targets the arms, the abs, the butt, the legs, and cardio. It pumps the heart while building strength. It is a workout that can be done anywhere and at any time.
